No rest for the weary as all three SK PEACE Teams were up and running with FULL days of ministry after their arrivals...but first HAPPY FATHER'S DAY to all the papas out on the SK Global PEACE mission field. Special shout outs to John, Sean, Timothy, Kristian, Randy, Paul, Terry, Bob & Rob!
ARGENTINA: serving in two different churches - Tigre & Saddleback Buenos Aires. To say the day was filled with worship is an understatement...they were overflowing in what was received and given to the Lord as they attended, served alongside, and loved on others with God's abundant love. The day is still not done but it has been a great start to the team's time.
PHILIPPINES: they too got to partner with our dear campus family at Saddleback Manila by worshipping alongside, fellowshipping with, and serving hand-in-hand with their Saddleback and more specifically Saddleback Kids friends. Then the afternoon held a time of outreach for SK to be reach out into the community @ Valenza Clubhouse. These mighty 5 stepped up in MIGHTY ways to bring glory to Him and His Kingdom.
RWANDA: despite jet lag setting in, the team divided and conquered at 2 key churches that we partner with in Children's Ministry - CLA & CGF. They too go to worship with their Rwandan friends but mostly spent time sharing and teaching the children about what a life of worship looks like. It was a ministry-filled morning ending with a bang at CGF Busanza as their hearts for worship overflowed singing, dancing, and playing with more than 100 beautiful children.
PHEW! It was a day, a GLORIOUS day to honor our fathers here on Earth and even more so to bring glory to our Heavenly Father. It was a great start to great things to continue to come!
