Today was a blessed day of outreach and service. We started with a visit to an orphanage where we visited with staff and volunteers. The orphanage is connected to a private christian school grades k-12th. We took a lunch break and prepared for our out reach with the students. We split our team in two to accommodate the elementary kids and the high school students. In each group we prepared games, message and testimonies. All the 401 kids share their testimony and Hunter and Troy shared their testimony with the High School Students. Everyone did great. Hunter shared an honest story about his faith and challenges. We were all amazed!
Our hope is that we will see some of the people we engaged this week will come see us on the Sunday service and give Saddleback a try.
Tomorrow we stay at the church to help set up for SK Sunday. We will help clean and sanitize the toys, tables, etc. We will also prepare to give the Sunday message for the children in each age group of SK.
See you soon! We are tired and God has showed up in a big way. For me this is the best SK trip I have experienced. Tin is amazing! She is a hard worker and loves the SK Kids!
