The team was blessed with another FULL day of ministry, one that was particularly challenging emotionally and relationally...but challenging in the way that it will change the kids' perspectives and ways of living prayerfully. We started the day at the PEACE Plan offices hearing from Mary Kamanzi, the head of PEACE Plan Rwanda. The team was encouraged and fell more in love with the "Land of a Thousand Hills". Then we grabbed lunch before heading to the Genocide Memorial. It was a moving time to remember, reflect, appreciate, and hope/pray for the transformations to continue in this beautiful place. Finally, we wrapped up with home visits bringing gifts of food staples, conversation, prayer, and hugs to the 4 families visited. Another long but meaningful and heartfelt day of ministry for the team!
